Managing Poor Performance
2 Day Course

Course Objectives:

Course Timings

9.00am-5.00pm both days

Facilitation

Delegates are shown how to prevent and deal with situations where staff are underperforming or contravening rules and procedures.  They practice dealing with these and finally conduct a disciplinary hearing which complies with your organisational procedures and current legislation.
