    Facilitation:

    The emphasis of the course is on the practical skills required to run a successful coaching initiative. The trainers who facilitate this course have extensive appraisals experience and are keen to give pragmatic advice. Where time allows, use may be made of CCTV.

    Who should attend?:

    This course is participative, practical and fun.  Delegates work on their own 'live' work situations and practice coaching in 1:1 sessions.  During the many practical exercises, delegates will be able to practice their newly acquired skills and receive constructive feedback on their progress.  .
